The constant pursuit of excellence<\/strong> and performance improvement are the driving force behind i3s.<\/em><\/a> As part of our commitment to innovation, we are embarking on an exciting project in the field of Industry 4.0<\/em>, focused on the management of data measurement variables<\/strong> IoT<\/em><\/span> data measurement variables for racing vehicles<\/strong>. This initiative can transform the racing world as it evolves through its phases.<\/p>\n

Phase 1: Measuring IoT Data to Optimize Performance.<\/h3>\n<\/p>\n

In the first research phase, we have launched an ambitious project whose main objective is to improve the performance<\/strong> of racing vehicles<\/em> by managing<\/strong> key variables in real time<\/strong>. These variables include<\/p>\n

    \n
  • temperature<\/em> and tire pressure<\/em>,<\/li>\n
  • inertia<\/em>,<\/li>\n
  • atmospheric data on vehicle<\/em> and track<\/em>,<\/li>\n
  • geopositioning<\/em>,<\/li>\n
  • speed<\/em><\/li>\n
  • other fundamental parameters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The collection and analysis<\/strong> of this data<\/em> inreal<\/strong> time allows racing teams to adjust<\/strong> the vehicle set up accurately and quickly<\/strong>, which translates into a significant increase<\/strong> in their competitive capacity<\/strong>. Imagine a race car that adapts to changing track conditions and responds to every small variation in real time: this is what i3s<\/strong> is making possible.<\/p>\n

    Phase 2: Integration of Big Data and Business Intelligence.<\/h3>\n<\/p>\n

    The second phase of this project aims to take the capability and scope of the solution<\/strong> to the next<\/strong> level. To this end, i3s is focusing on the integration of<\/strong> Big Data and Business Intelligence<\/strong> management variables<\/strong>, as well as the development of predictive capabilities<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    The incorporation of Big Data<\/em> allows for even more extensive data collection, providing a more complete and detailed view of the performance of the vehicle<\/em> and its environment<\/em>. Business<\/strong> Intelligence enables competitive teams to make more informed decisions based on real-time, in-depth analysis of collected data.<\/p>\n

    In addition, predictive capabilities<\/em> allow the anticipation of problems<\/strong> and the proactive adjustment of the vehicle<\/strong> to optimize its performance<\/strong> before any mishap occurs on the track.<\/p>\n

    This project is called SETAPP-1 , and is part of the aid granted by the SPRI, as part of its HAZITEK program, financed by FEDER funds under reference number ZL-2022\/00887.<\/p>\n

    Transforming the world of motor racing<\/h3>\n<\/p>\n

    The i3s project to improve the performance of racing vehicles through real-time IoT data management is an example of how technology can transform a high-speed sport. The ability to adjust and optimize a vehicle<\/strong> in real time<\/em>, backed by advanced data analysis<\/strong>, promises to take racing to a new level of excitement and competitiveness.<\/p>\n
