In an increasingly demanding, competitive and digitized economic environment, the <\/span>\n Law for the Creation and Growth of Companies<\/span>\n<\/i>, <\/span>\n better known as the Crea y Crece Law<\/span>\n<\/a>is a fundamental lever for promoting the transformation of the business fabric from two fundamental perspectives: tackling the problem of late payment in Spain and enabling a tool, the <\/span>electronic invoice<\/b>to speed up purchase and sale transactions.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Approved in September 2022 and framed within the Recovery, Transformation and Resiliency Plan <\/span>\n Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.<\/span>\n<\/a>The aim of this new legislative framework is to promote the digitalization of companies, reduce regulatory barriers, combat late payments and encourage business transition to more competitive environments. One way to do this is to <\/span>mandatory implementation of electronic invoicing<\/b>.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

In fact, this turn of events represents a decisive step towards the modernization of business processes, positioning technology as a key element for improving the efficiency, transparency and competitiveness of organizations.<\/span><\/p>

    2. Automation and efficiency in accounting and financial management.<\/span><\/li>
    3. Greater control and traceability of commercial operations.<\/span><\/li>
    4. Compliance with tax and regulatory requirements.<\/span><\/li>
    5. Documentary security: as documents are more difficult to forge, the risk of fraud is reduced.<\/span><\/li>
    6. Improved cash flow by facilitating more agile collection processes.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>
