The new regulatory guidance makes it mandatory to explicitly incorporate: <\/p><ul><li data-start=\"1275\" data-end=\"1299\">Gender perspective.<\/li><li data-start=\"1302\" data-end=\"1334\">Age and personal conditions.<\/li><li data-start=\"1337\" data-end=\"1361\">Psychosocial risks.<\/li><li data-start=\"1364\" data-end=\"1450\">Emerging risks arising from telework, digitalization and climate change.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1452\" data-end=\"1636\">This implies a definitive abandonment of generic models by job. The evaluation is now built on a structured combination of person, activity and environment. <\/p><p data-start=\"1638\" data-end=\"1794\">In medium and large organizations, this requirement multiplies exponentially the technical and documentary complexity if there is no system to support it.<\/p><h5><strong>Psychosocial risks: from a complement to a structural axis<\/strong><\/h5><p data-start=\"1866\" data-end=\"1940\">The <strong>management of psychosocial risks is no longer an ancillary element<\/strong>. Stress, burnout, techno-fatigue or the organizational impact of telework become a mandatory part of the preventive system. Not as annexes, but as an integrated discipline. This means:   <\/p><ul><li data-start=\"2133\" data-end=\"2167\">Defined evaluation methods.<\/li><li data-start=\"2170\" data-end=\"2202\">Documented action plans.<\/li><li data-start=\"2205\" data-end=\"2229\">Periodic follow-up.<\/li><li data-start=\"2232\" data-end=\"2267\">Evidence traceable to inspection.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2269\" data-end=\"2312\">The fragmented approach is no longer sustainable.<\/p><h5 data-start=\"2319\" data-end=\"2379\"> <\/h5><h5 data-start=\"2319\" data-end=\"2379\"><strong>More stringent and more controlled health surveillance<\/strong><\/h5><p data-start=\"2381\" data-end=\"2450\">Health surveillance is also significantly strengthened. <strong>Medical examinations<\/strong> are made more <strong>compulsory in certain sectors<\/strong> and protocols are required to be better adapted to the type of risk and the individual characteristics of the worker. <\/p><p data-start=\"2663\" data-end=\"2786\">The standard is no longer &#8220;provide medical examination&#8221;. It becomes &#8220;demonstrate planning, adequacy and traceability&#8221;. Consistency between risk assessment and medical surveillance will be a clear focus of inspection review.  <\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-93ed64c elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"93ed64c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Mandatory digital traceability. The reform consolidates a model in which digital traceability becomes an essential requirement. Inspections are evolving towards schemes based on structured evidence, not on the urgent collection of documentation.  <\/p><p data-start=\"3244\" data-end=\"3269\">It will be necessary to demonstrate:<\/p><ul><li data-start=\"3273\" data-end=\"3312\">What assessment applies to each person.<\/li><li data-start=\"3315\" data-end=\"3350\">What risks were identified.<\/li><li data-start=\"3353\" data-end=\"3383\">What measures were planned.<\/li><li data-start=\"3386\" data-end=\"3424\">What medical protocols were activated.<\/li><li data-start=\"3427\" data-end=\"3450\">When they were executed.<\/li><li data-start=\"3453\" data-end=\"3483\">Who validated each performance.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3485\" data-end=\"3615\">Models based on spreadsheets, dispersed repositories or manual management become fragile in the face of this level of demand. Digitization is no longer an operational improvement. It is cumulative. <\/p><h5 data-start=\"4129\" data-end=\"4181\"><strong>Shifting risk to management<\/strong><\/h5><p data-start=\"4183\" data-end=\"4254\">Another structural change is the strengthening of managerial responsibility. OHS is no longer perceived as a delegated technical area and is now integrated into the corporate governance framework. The potential consequences are not minor:  <\/p><ul><li data-start=\"4420\" data-end=\"4443\">Financial penalties.<\/li><li data-start=\"4446\" data-end=\"4474\">Stoppage of activity.<\/li><li data-start=\"4477\" data-end=\"4500\">Reputational impact.<\/li><li data-start=\"4503\" data-end=\"4561\">Risk in bidding or public contracting processes.<\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"4563\" data-end=\"4645\">Preventive compliance becomes an element of business continuity.<\/p><p data-start=\"4712\" data-end=\"4769\">The new regulatory scenario does not act in isolation. It is connected with environmental obligations, carbon footprint, product traceability and increasing requirements in supply chains. The common thread is clear: data governance.
