• Incident management

SAP EHSM enables you to define, assign, track and close preventive, corrective and control measures.. Each action can be linked to a risk assessment or an incident investigation, and its compliance and effectiveness can be automatically monitored, both by the person responsible for the action, by those in charge of it and by the prevention service.

• Application and authorization for the use of chemical products

SAP EHSM allows you to centralize the management of requests and authorizations for the use of chemical products once they have been introduced into the company.

Initially, the responsible persons review and authorize the request for use. Subsequently, through a workflow, the request must be approved by the Environment and Prevention areas. Once both areas have given their approval, the chemical can be used in the company, according to the location and use specified in the request.

In addition, it is possible to generate specific safety instructions, which will be given to the persons working with these products, depending on the conditions established in the authorization.

• Health promotion and surveillance

The SAP EHSM module provides tools to the integral management of the health promotion and surveillance of workers, in compliance of workers, in compliance with the applicable legal regulations and taking into account that medical data must comply with the Data Protection Act.
